Welcome to Get CE Help LLC! By engaging in our consulting and tutoring services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Offered
Get CE Help LLC offers a range of consulting services, including Business Strategy Consulting, Financial Consulting, Marketing Consulting, Insurance Claim Assistance, and Xactimate Training. 

3. Payment
For all services, an invoice will be sent to you via email and a paylink can be sent via text message.  Once payment is received, work will be started and completed within the communicated time frame.  

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued prior to work starting.  Once work has started on your service requested, a pro-rated refund would be possible on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be provided once all services have been completed.

5. Confidentiality
We understand the sensitivity of the information shared during consulting and tutoring sessions. Get CE Help LLC assures the confidentiality of all client information and discussions. Our team adheres to strict professional standards regarding data privacy.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and cooperating in the process. Failure to do so may affect the quality of the services provided.

7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the best services, Get CE Help LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
